Terms of Service

1. About the Service

Embedbook (the “Service”) lets organizers publish a booking widget (link or embed) and manage sign-ups. Organizers can confirm registrations. Some actions may consume credits as described in the dashboard.

2. Definitions

• Organizer: a registered user who creates events and embeds/shares the widget.
• Attendee: an end user who submits their contact details in the widget.
• Widget: the booking form embedded on an Organizer’s website or shared via a link.

3. Organizer obligations (embedded widget)

By embedding or sharing the Widget, the Organizer confirms that they have the right to collect the Attendee’s personal data and that they inform Attendees that the data they enter on the Organizer’s website is transferred to and processed on Embedbook.com for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or process personal data unlawfully.

5. Billing, credits

Billing and credit usage is shown in the dashboard. Credits may be charged on confirmed registrations.

6. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. If you are an Organizer processing EU/UK data, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies.
